From the owner...
Rebecca is a Native Wacoan, born and raised here in The Heart of Texas. She is a 2002 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Radio, Television & Film. After University she came back to Waco to work in the family insurance agency, and she received her Property & Casualty License in 2003.
In 2004 Rebecca moved to Dallas to pursue a career in professional acting. When she was in Dallas, she had the wonderful opportunity to also work for a large Dallas Independent Insurance Agency specializes in commercial insured for 9 years. While Rebecca was at this agency, she furthered her insurance education and was granted the designation of Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) in 2011. She also won the National Alliance Award for Outstanding Customer Service Representative for Texas in 2011.
In 2015 Rebecca decided it was time to return home to Waco and in 2017 she purchased her parent’s insurance agency. She considers it a great honor to be part of her family’s agency legacy and that she can help facilitate her parent’s retirement. She is loving every minute of being a small business owner and is grateful for the opportunity to give back to this community that she loves with her insurance knowledge and experience.
In October of 2021 Rebecca got married to a wonderful man, Chris Millet. They are excited to continue building their life together here in Waco.
On a more personal note, Rebecca is an avid reader, loves to set high reading goals for herself every year through the Good Reads App. She loves movies (See Film Major Above) and television. She loves to play golf. Rebecca is also a big lover of food, loves to cook, eat out, watch it on TV all the food things. She has a real passion for life and just aspires to be happy and make all those around her happy as well.
